You might wonder what has happened to all but a few Title Companies? It seems [as quietly] we have the lender being semi-compliant?
Some Title Companies are still in business, because the lenders are using them, to file their foreclosure and eviction processes. Who was the decision maker who was “on or off the list” of Title companies that would or would not make it? Were there bids and/or due process? Well that seems like it is just a hmmmm!
My question:
Are the lenders using Title Companies to file the new NOTES consumers are signing? Hmmmm…
I will have my surveyors check this!?
